CrossFit Basics Course - $50.00*
The CrossFit Basics Course consists of four classes that covers the key elements and movements you'll need as a foundation for building your level of fitness. The emphasis is on proper technique and consistency. You'll get established for group classes with a workout logbook and some baseline data on your performance. Each class will incorporate handouts, skills work, warmup and a CrossFit workout. The CrossFit Basics course is required before joining the group workouts. We work with each incoming member to get the Basics course scheduled around your available times.
* Cost for the CrossFit Basics Course is $85 for folks without a Littlefield's Gym membership.
CrossFit Group Classes - $5.00*
Group classes are offered during morning and evening hours. Please see the class schedule
* Group classes are $10.00 for folks without a Littlefield's Gym membership.
CrossFit Personal Training
One hour session - individual $35
One hour session - 2 people $30 each
One hour session - 3 people $25 each
*Folks without a Littlefield's Gym membership will need to purchase a $5 day pass.
